From what I can tell, most of us are relatively normal human beings. We eat, we sleep, we play, we have feelings, and we like stuff. What exactly is this "stuff" that we like so much? Stuff can be physical things—our toys, our books, our car, our clothes, etc. Stuff can also be our hobbies or interests. For most of us, the stuff we like falls into some or all of those categories.
Most people who know me and are brave enough to admit it know that I like amusement parks, roller coasters, trains, buses, cars, chocolate, fast food, photography, puns, my friends, coin collecting, and a few other things that aren't right on the tip of my mind as I write this.
Yes, my mind has a tip. It's just funny that way.
There are people out there who make fun of others who like different stuff than they do. See, their stuff is cool while yours is not cool. Who sets the rules for cool? Couldn't answer, huh?
Everyone thinks that what they like is cool, and to be very honest, as long as it doesn't harm us or someone else in some way, then, yes, the stuff you like is cool. There was a time when someone criticized my stuff as being "stupid." Once I came to realize that the stupid was in the attitude, not the stuff itself, then I felt better about liking what I liked.
At this writing, I'm coming up on my 55th birthday. This year, that day happens to be on a Friday. So don't be surprised if you read about my adventures riding a bus, a roller coaster or a train, or some crazy adventure about me trying out a new fast food place. All of it is stuff I like, and I'm quite happy about that.
